Frederick, Md (KM) Four Frederick men are trespassing; and one of them was also charged with possession of a synthetic cannabinoid. Jonathan Anthony Jackson, Thomas James Orr, Curtis Elliot Johnson and Jeffrey Scot Andrews were issued criminal citations on Friday afternoon.
Police say two officers with the Directed Patrol Team on routine patrol saw the four in a parking garage beneath several businesses at 50 Carroll Creek Way. They say the area has a sign posted which states that trespassing is prohibited.
The officers made contact with the four men and issued them criminal citations. Police say Jackson was in possession of synthetic cannabinoid and issued a citation for that offense.
