Attempted Bank Robbery Under Investigation

Suspect fled without taking any cash.

 

 

Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police are investigating an attempted bank robbery Tuesday afternoon.

Authorities say a man entered the Sandy Spring Bank at 1003 West Patrick Street, approached the teller and demanded money. The teller did not give this individual any money, and he fled on foot.

He’s described as a black male, between 5’7″ and 5’10”, dressed in all black clothing.
