He used a stolen card to make purchases at Target.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying an individual who took a victim’s wallet from her purse at the Wal Mart on Guillford Drive on March 10th. He then used a credit cards in the wallet to make a purchase at the Target Store on Route 355.
The suspect is an African-American male, about six-feet tall. A photo from Target shows him wearing sunglasses and a stocking cap, pushing a shopping cart.
