The man resisted being placed in handcuffs.
Thurmont, Md. (DG) – A Thurmont man was arrested for trying to flee from police Sunday evening in Frederick County.
A Thurmont Police Officer saw Bud Fogle, 33, behind the wheel of a vehicle shortly before 8 PM. Fogle’s privilege to drive was revoked.
The officer tried to pull Fogle over, but he increased his speed.
The vehicle finally came to a stop on Eyler Road. Fogle resisted being placed in handcuffs. Another officer arrived, and Fogle was placed under arrest.
Fogle was taken to Central Booking and charged with driving on a revoked license, fleeing and eluding, and resisting arrest.
Fogle is being held without bond.
