Police have arrested two people in connection with the double murder in Sharpsburg.
Darren Warner and Destiny Oyler have been charged with the murder of Warner’s relatives, Jack and Evelyn Rowland.
Two bodies were found in a home Wednesday afternoon
Sharpsburg, Md. (DG) – The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a double homocide in Sharpsburg, Md.
Deputies responded at around 1:15 PM on Wednesday to a house in the 17300 block of Shepherdstown Pike and found two adults dead inside.
Two people were detained in connection with the investigation.
Authorities closed several roads south of Smithsburg on Wednesday afternoon and say it was related to the discovery of the two bodies.
Police took someone into custody in the 12000 block of Crystal Falls Drive.
The investigation into the double murder continues.
