Hagerstown, Md (KM) Another suspect has been charged in connection with a shooting last month in Funkstown. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says Antoine Ernest Malone, 27, of Hagerstown, was arrested and charged with two counts each of attempted 1st- and 2nd-degree murder, 1st- and 2nd-degree assault, reckless endangerment and malicious destruction of property.

Authorities have already charged Raoul Smith, 38, of Hagerstown,  in connection with the shooting which occurred on May 15th.

Investigators believe the incident resulted from a fight inside Joker’s Bar and Grill on West Baltimore Street in Funkstown. The Sheriff’s Office says video surveillance shows Smith firing four rounds form a handgun while chasing a van. No one was hurt, but the van was struck, deputies say.
