Frederick, Md. (KM) Frederick County Government offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. That includes:
*Animal Control: call 301-600-1546 for more information, or go to www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/animalcontrol.
* Board of Elections and Department of Social Services. For more information from the Board of Elections, call 301-600-VOTE (8683), or go on line to www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/elections. For more information from DSS, call 301-600-4555, or visit the agency’s website at www.dhs.maryland.gov
* All divisions of the Health Department will be closed. For additional information, call 301-600-1029, or go on line to www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/healthdepartment.
* The Landfill’s administrative offices will be closed along with the Reichs Ford Road Recycling Center. There will be no curbside recycling pick up that day, and all collections will shift a day later for the rest of the week. * Frederick County Public Libraries are closed on July 4th. For more information, call 301-600-1630, or visit the website at www.fcpl.org.
