Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the accident to call
Taneytown, Md (DG) – A 37-year-old man from Littlestown, PA was killed in a motorcycle crash in Carroll County on Sunday night.
Rescue crews responded to Route 194 and Stone Road at around 9:30 PM for an accident involving a motorcycle and a Ford F-350 Truck.
Once on scene, EMS personnel found the operator of the motorcycle dead at the scene.
Police say the accident happenend when the motorcycle was traveling north on Route 194 approaching the intersection of Stone Rd. The truck was towing an equipment trailer and headed southbound. The truck was making a left hand turn onto Stone Road and the motorcycle struck the passenger side of the equipment trailer, causing the motorcyclist to be ejected.
