FREDERICK, MD. Allegheny Power is scheduled to work on electric lines in downtown Frederick over the weekend and cut power to City Hall.
The City website will be operational. Cable channel 99 and its online videos will not be available while the power is out, scheduled for between 11 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday.
