He was last seen Monday morning at Urbana High before he went missing.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says a teenager reported missing earlier on Tuesday has been found safe.
Authorities say Jackson Fraser Shipley, 17, was last seen Monday morning at Urbana High where he is as student. Authorities say he withdrew 400-dollars in cash, and took his home computer, a toothbrush and some clothes. His phone had been turned office.
But, again, Shipley was found safe.
