He is being held without bond at the detention center
Hagerstown, Md (DG ) – A Hagerstown man was arrested for possession of child pornography in September.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is reporting 54-year-old Mark Steven Bartles was taken into custody on September 14, 2018.
During a parole and probation home visit, police located several cellular devices that contained images of child pornography.
Bartles was arrested on possession of child pornography and is being held without bond at the Washington County Detention Center.
