Their cases now move to Circuit Court.
Frederick, Md (KM) Only two unsealed indictments were issued on Friday by the Frederick County Grand Jury. In a statement, the State’s Attorney’s Office says any sealed indictments are not public record, and information about them will remain unavailable for inspection.
The two indictments are:
*Larry Dwayne Sweeney, Jr., 36, of Frederick, Md. He’s charged with distribution of heroin; possession with intent to distribute heroin’ possession with intent to distribute both fentanyl and a heroin mix for an incident which occurred on November 6th, 2017.
* Jeramy Wayne Logsdon, 36, of Frederick Md. He’s charged with 2nd-degree burglary, 4th-degree burglary of a storehouse; and theft between $1500 and under $25,000 for an incident which occurred on August 9th, 2018.
Both of these cases will now move to the Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
