The victims are all students of Damascus High School
Damascus, Md (DG) – Montgomery County Police have charged five male Damascus High School students with second-degree rape or attempted second-degree rape that allegedly took place October 31st in the boys locker room after school.
Police are reporting there are four juvenile male victims who are also students at the school.
The juvenile suspects were taken into custody, charged, and processed through the Maryland juvenile justice system.
