Frederick County Public Schools – 2 hour delay, AM Pre-K and CTC start 2 hours late and dismiss 1 hour later than usual. PM Pre-K starts 1 hour later than usual and dismisses at the regular time. PM CTC starts 40 minutes later than usual and dismisses at the regular time.
Washington County Schools – 2 hour delay
Carroll County Public Schools – 2 hour delay, code blue for employees
Montgomery County Schools – on time
Jefferson County Schools – Closed
Loudoun County Schools are on a two hour delay, offices open on time.
Berkeley County Schools and Pre-K will be closed on Friday, November 16th. Football playoff schedules are still being determined at this time.
