Sheriff’s Office Conducts Sex Offender Compliance Checks In Late November

Three men were charged as a result.

 

Frederick, Md (KM) Charges have been filed against three men who are required to register as sex offenders. The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says a criminal summons has been served to 28-year-old Dennis Andres Bustillo, 28, of Mount Airy for failing to notify the agency of a change to his employment status. A warrant has been issued for Willie Clark, Jr., 60, of Frederick for failure to register as a sex offender following his release from prison. And deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating Michael William Cullen whose wanted for failure to register as a sex offender in July, 2018.

Authorities say the charges against these three follow compliance sweeps conducted on 204 sex offenders on November 28th and 29th. 198 were found to be in compliance, but there are seven sex offenders who remain under investigation.
