TransIT’s Holiday Bus is Coming to Town

Free rides will begin on December 21st.

FREDERICK, MD.  (LG)  If you’re looking to catch a free ride to do some Christmas shopping, TransIT of Frederick County has you covered.  Officials say they are putting their Holiday Bus in service beginning on Friday, December 21, 2018.   “And it’s a free ride for anyone who boards the bus,” said Kendall Tiffany, Community Relations Manager, TransIT.

“People should look for a wreath on the front of the bus, and it will actually say Holiday Bus on the destination sign, and that’s the trigger to let them know that they are getting a free ride on the bus,” she continued.

The Holiday Bus will be in service until December 31st.

TransIT’s Connector service provides access to a variety of medical, employment and shopping center locations including but not limited to Francis Scott Key Mall, Westview Promenade, Clemson Corner, and downtown Frederick.
