Frederick, Md (KM) No one was injured during a fire at a cottage at Homewood at Crumland Farms on Sunday.
Frederick County fire and rescue crews were dispatched at around 10:31 AM to 7404 Willow Road north of Frederick city for a fire in a bathroom ceiling. Personnel spent ten-minutes bringing the flames under control. Damage is estimated at $3,000.
Investigators say the fire originated in an exhaust fan.
One occupant was displaced temporarily and was relocated.
