Police say video identified the suspect.
Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police have made an arrest in connection with a stabbing early Sunday morning, Dec.23, 2018, outside of Callahan’s Seafood Bar and Grille on Rosemont Avenue. Richard Stephan Calloway, 38, of Frederick is charged with 1st- and 2nd-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
Authorities say Calloway was identified as the suspect through video which showed him using a edged weapon on another man. . Witnesses told detectives they saw the two involved in a brief altercation inside the bar. Both left through different exits.
Outside of the restaurant, police say Calloway met the victim who was stabbed in the neck.
He was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
