He will be sworn in as a Congressman on Thursday.
Washington DC (KM) Democratic Congressman-Elect David Trone will be sworn into office on Thursday. He won the Sixth District Congressional race in Maryland during last year’s general election. Trone replaces John Delaney who decided not to seek re-election in 2018. Delaney is running for President in 2020.
On Wednesday, Trone named his senior staff:

Christina Tsafoulias, Legislative Director
Sonny Holding, District Director
Jeri Sparling, Operations Director
Hannah Muldavin, Communications Director
“Our senior leadership is comprised of individuals who have experience in the District and on Capitol Hill, and I’m confident that together, we will be able to get things done for the people of the Sixth District of Maryland,” says Trone, in a . statement. “I’m also grateful to have some of former Representative John Delaney’s staff on board our team to ensure constituents continue to receive top notch constituent services.”
