The victim was shot on Key Parkway in Frederick
Frederick, Md (DG) – Frederick City Police are investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday night.
At around 8:45 PM officers responded to a report of gunfire in the 1100 block of Key Parkway.
Police found a man shot multiple times in the upper body. They immediately gave him emergency care, and the victim was transported to a regional trauma center. He is listed in critical condition.
A portion of the 1100 block of Key Parkway was closed for several hours while police conducted their investigation. Detectives believe this is an isolated incident.
Frederick Police are asking anybody with information on this shooting to call 301-600-TIPS.
