Police say he had head trauma.
Frederick, Md (KM) A man was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore Tuesday afternoon after being struck by a motor vehicle.
Frederick Police say just after 2:00 PM, the man was crossing within the crosswalk at West Patrick Street at South Jefferson Street when he was struck. Officers say the man was suffering from a serious head injury.
The driver remained at the scene. .Police say that individual was at-fault for the collision.
While conducting their investigation, authorities closed off the intersection and diverted traffic on to secondary roadways.
