New Midway, Md (KM) Two adults and four children were displaced during a house fire Thursday afternoon near Woodsboro.
Frederick County Fire and Rescue officials say fire fighters were dispatched to the 11,000 block of Renner Road shortly after 5:30 PM, and found a home fully involved in flames.
A tanker task force was requested to bring water to the site. Personnel from a half-dozen fire companies in Frederick and Carroll Counties responded to the scene.
No one was injured.
The cause and damage estimate are under investigation, but fire officials say the home looks like a total loss.
