FREDERICK, MD. (LG) An arrest has been made in the robbery of the Sunoco gas station on Main Street, in Myersville, Maryland.
According to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, 31 year old Barry Brumfield Thompson, II, of Knoxville, was taken into custody Tuesday night at the Texas Roadhouse, on Pegasus Court, in Frederick.
Investigators said someone called 911 to report that a man was acting suspicious at the establishment. After deputies arrived on the scene and conducted an interview, the suspect was identified as Thompson. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant and his vehicle was impounded.
Thompson is charged with numerous offenses, related to the armed robbery that occurred on February 9th.
