...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM WEDNESDAY TO
1 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 5 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of one
  tenth to two tenths of an inch expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and western Maryland,
  northern and northwest Virginia and eastern and panhandle West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Wednesday to 1 AM EST Thursday. Snow will
  overspread the area overnight tonight, and mix with and change
  to sleet and freezing rain during the late morning and early
  afternoon hours Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute.

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet
and ice will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
