11 Indictments Issued By Frederick County Grand Jury

That moves these cases to the Circuit Court.

 

Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Grand Jury on Friday handed down 11 indictments.

The panel charged two Baltimore men with drug and weapons offenses. Jose Alberto Santiago-Miguel, 20, and Efrain Torres-Eusebio, 21, were arrested early Sunday morning, February 17th during a traffic stop along I-70 in Frederick County. State Police searched their vehicle and found cocaine, marijuana, cash and two handguns. Also, Santiago-Miguel and Torres-Eusebio are both charged with a homicide in Baltimore city.

In another indictment, Jose Dominguez-Lopez, 20, of Frederick is charged with sex abuse of a minor, and two counts of 2nd-degree rape and incest. He was arrested by Frederick Police earlier this year for raping a girl two separate times between November 1st, 2017 to August 31st, 2018, according to a news release from the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office.

The other indictments handed down were:

* Edward Nikolaus Marintelli, 19, of no fixed address, whose charged with 1st-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property of less than $1,000, theft between $100 to $1500 and stealing another person’s; credit card for an incident which occurred on May 4th, 2018.

* Corey Lee Butt, 26, of Jefferson,Md., whose charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession of fentanyl, distribution of a fentanyl heroin mix and possession with intent to distribute a fentanyl heroin mix for an incident which occurred on November 2nd, 2018.

* James Kenneth Sims, 19, of Baltimore, Md., whose charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute a non-controlled dangerous substance purported as heroin for an incident which occurred on November 26th, 2018.

* Ryan Keith Bowins, 24, of Frederick, Md. whose charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia (digital scale) for incidents which occurred on December 21st, 2018, and January 24th, 2019.

* Scott Edward Coccodrilli, 46, of Frederick, Md, whose charged 2nd-degree child abuse by a custodian and 2nd-degree assault for an incident which occurred on March 1st, 2014.

* Bradley Scott Hargett, 29, Brunswick, Md, whose charged with 3rd-degree sex offense, 4th-degree sex offense and 2nd-degree assault for an incident which occurred on May 5th, 2018.

* Jeffrey Len Corner, 47, of Gwynn Oak, Md, whose charged with possession with intent to distribute oxycodone hydrochloride, possession with intent to distribute amphetamine, possession with intent to distribute more than 10 grams of marijuana, illegal possession of ammunition, use of a firearm in drug trafficking, drug distribution with a firearm, use of a firearm in a violent felony crime, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, having a handgun in a vehicle, having a loaded handgun in a vehicle, having a handgun on his person and having a loaded handgun on his person for an incident which occurred on February 8th, 2019.

* James Barry B. Thompson II, 31, of Knoxville, Md., whose charged with armed robbery, robbery, 2nd-degree assault and theft between $100 to $1500 for an incident which occurred on February 9th, 2019.

These grand jury indictments move these cases to the Circuit Court where a trial date will be scheduled.
