Hagerstown Man Arrested In Frederick Following Drug Deal

Police also seized quantities of drugs after the arrest.

 

Frederick, Md (KM) Members of the Frederick Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit made an arrest Sunday afternoon after observing a drug transaction. Tryreik Dayshon Jackson, 26, of Hagerstown was taken into custody, charged with numerous drug offenses.

Authorities say they observed the drug deal take place in the 300 block of North Market Street. Officers moved in and arrested both the buyer and the seller. During a search, they fund quantities of marijuana, powder cocaine and crack cocaine which were packed for street level sale. A single baggie of crack was recovered from the buyer.

Jackson was taken to the County Detention Center for processing. He’s charged with a long list of offenses, including  distribution of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute powder cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
