Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Gaithersburg man with three counts of sexual solicitation of a minor. Virinchi Srinivas, 29, was taken custody on Monday, May sixth.
Authorities say a detective with the Sheriff’s Office’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit began an investigation into the on line sexual solicitation of minor children. The detective posed as a 16-year-old girl, and was solicited by Srinivas for multiple sex acts.
He was taken into custody after coming into Frederick County for the purpose of conducting sex acts with a 16-year-old girl, the Sheriff’s Office says.
