Police are investigating.
Frederick, Md. (DG)-Police are on the scene of a reported fatal accident on Route 15 N by Angleberger Road.
At around 4:30 PM police and EMS were sent to the accident on Route 15 northbound by Angleberger Road with reports of an entrapment.
