They were nabbed for stealing items from a Golden Mile retailer.
Frederick, Md (KM) Two suspects have been charged with stealing items from a retailer along the Golden Mile last week. Frederick Police say Jessica Moore, 37, and Zaki Love, 50, both of Frederick, were arrested following a traffic stop on Harlan Way.
At around 4:27 PM on Wednesday, officers responded to the store in the 1300 block of West Patrick Street for a woman and a man stealing items from the retailer. The complainant said the man was taking merchandise and giving them to the woman who placed them her bag.
A store employee approach the two. The man pushed the employee and threaten that individual with a pocket knife. Both got into a vehicle and left the area.
Officers say they were provided with a detailed description of the two suspects, and their vehicle. Another officer on patrol spotted the two and their vehilce shortly before 6:00 PM, , and pulled it over. The two occupants were arrested.
Moore is charged with theft; Love is charged with assault. .
