Hagerstown, Md (KM) Two women from Martinsburg, West Virginia were medivaced to Shock Trauma in Baltimore following a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 in Washington County Wednesday morning.
At around 11:52 AM, Maryland State Police say a Ford Focus operated by Patricia Prentiss of Martinsburg was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes along I-70 at the 20-mile marker. Her car collided head-on with a Toyota Corrolla heading westbound.
The two occupants of the Toyota were flown out. Prentice was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
Troopers say Prentiss is charged with DUI and other offenses.
