WV Men Arrested in Frederick for Drugs

Police found heroin and paraphernalia

Frederick, Md. – Maryland State Police arrested two West Viginia men on Wednesday when a traffic stop resulted in troopers finding suspected heroin capsules and related paraphernalia.

Justin Mitchell and Dustin Lloyd were stopped by troopers on Route 340 for a traffic violation.

A K9 Unit gave a positive alert, the car and occupants were searched, and 100 suspected heroin capsules were siezed by troopers.

Mitchell and Lloyd were arrested and charged for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, intent to distribute, and other related charges.
