Frederick Police Apprehend Three Suspects For Vehicle Theft

Police are still searching for third suspect who fled the scene.

Frederick, MD – Three suspects were arrested early Sunday morning for vehicle theft.

Officers responded to a report on Saturday of a solen vehicle with the vicitm providing video footage of the suspects.

Police recieved a call at approximately 1:37AM Sunday that four people were attempting to gain entry to parked vehicles in the area of Fairfield Drive.

The caller described the vehicle the suspects were driving and it matched the description of the vehicle stolen on Saturday.

Frederick Police located the stolen vehicle near Harpers Way and the suspects attempted to drive away from the scene, striking a police vehicle.

Two of the four occupants fled the vehicle and one of them was apprehended. The other two remained in the vehicle and were taken into custody. Two of the arrested suspects were juveniles ages 15 and 16, and the third is 19-year-old Damion Wulah of Frederick.

Maryland State Police provided support in the area.

Police are still looking to identify the fourth suspect. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Frederick Police.
