GoFundMe Pages Established To Help Two Accident Victims Recover

Both still remain in the hospital.

 

 

Hagerstown, Md (KM) GoFundMe pages have been set up to help two women who were seriously injured Tuesday morning in a four-vehicle crash on Route 40 and Cool Hollow Road In Washington County.

Tara Allison, 37, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia,  is currently in the Intensive care unit. State Police say Allison was the driver of a Hyundai Tuscon which was struck by a Ford F150, and spun counterclockwise in the intersection. Allison was flown to University of Maryland Shock Trauma in Baltimore.

Bonnie Sowers, 35, of Smithsburg, suffered broken ribs, a fractured collar bone and a punctured lung. Troopers say she was the operator of the Ford F150 which was rear-ended by a GMC truck, and then struck a Tuscon operated by Allison.

A GoFundMe spokesperson says any donations to the two women’s  GoFundMe pages will be used for their recoveries.
