Police apprehended him while investigating a domestic dispute.
Thurmont, Md (KM) A Frederick man was arrested Sunday afternoon in Thurmont for drug offenses. Michael Wilson, 21, is charged with possession of heroin.
Police say they responded to the 100 block of North Altamont Avenue for a domestic dispute, and met with Wilson The officer learned that the dispute involved possible theft of money. Wilson produced pay stubs to justify his explanation of the disputed cash.
During the investigation, the officer observed a smoking device used for illegal drugs on the Wilson’s person. A search resulted in syringes and three capsules of suspected heroin.
Wilson was taken into custody.
