They are charged with failure to register as sex offenders
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office continues its search for three men who are charged with failing to register as sex offenders. Authorities say Tracy Ben Taylor, Davonta Ezeckiel Thomas and Michael William Cullen have absconded. If you have information on their whereabouts, you’re asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office. Three other men were charged last month with not following conditions associated with being placed on the sex offender registry. Darnell Antione Washington,34, and Michael Douglas Denman-Barnhouse, 28, are charged with failure to notify a change of address; and Marcus Deandre Taylor, 32, is charged with two counts of failing to notify a change in employment, and one count of failure to notify a change in a telephone number.
