Thurmont Police Charge Third Suspect In Theft, Robbery Of Local Car Dealership

He was arrested by Howard County Police .

 

 

Thurmont, Md (KM) A third suspect in a theft at Criswell Chevrolet in Thurmont early Sunday morning, December 8th has been arrested. Dominic Marcel Fowler of Mount Rainier was taken into custody on Wednesday by Howard County Police.

Fowler was served with a warrant from Thurmont Police charging him with theft between $1500 to $25,000, theft of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft, and 4th-degree burglary.

Thurmont Police Officers were notified by Howard County Police about a theft taking place at the dealership on December 8th. Officers responded to Criswell Chevrolet on Frederick Road, and noticed three men stealing wheels off of cars. Authorities moved in and arrested two of the suspects. They’re identified as Eric Wallace, 56, of Washington DC, and Donovan Keith Braxton, 34, of Washington  DC. The third suspect got away.

Police also recovered a U-Haul truck which was reported stolen from 7th Street in Frederick.
