Frederick County highway officials say work on the road will continue in the spring.
Frederick, Md (KM) Bennie Duncan Road has reopened to traffic.
The Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering had closed that road between Hoffman-Seachrist Road and Cabbage Run Road to do some repairs, including deep patching and resurfacing of the pavement, and reinforcing the earth slope.
But county officials say due to the cold weather, the final paving will be done in April 2020 when the weather is expected to be more favorable.
