State Police closed the roadway for about two hours.
Hampstead, Md (KM) Two adults and one child were transported to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash in Hampstead Friday afternoon involving a school bus.
Maryland State Police in Carroll County say troopers were dispatched to Route 482 at Brilhart Mill Road at around 3:29 PM,. and learned that a Ford U-Haul Truck had stopped on the shoulder. The school bus, which was operated by F&S Bus Service under contract with Carroll County, tried to pass the truck. But the truck made a left turn in front of the bus, and both vehicles collided.
The roadway was closed for about two-hours while troopers conducted their investigation.
