HAGERSTOWN, MD. (LG) A Hagerstown man is behind bars after City Police conducted an operation targeting drug activity.
It happened over the weekend when the Department’s Violent Crimes Task Force stopped 68 year old Harold Russ, Jr’s vehicle in the unit block of Church Street. After a search was done officers found drugs and a loaded handgun.
Russ is currently being held without bond.
