Police say a quantity of crack was confiscated.
Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police arrested two men Thursday night following a drug transaction. Wayne Leroy Stine of Frederick and Martin Edward Stone of Dickerson were taken into custody in the area of Thomas Johnson Drive and Oppossumtown Pike.by detectives with the Street Crimes Unit
Authorities say they confiscated a quantity of crack cocaine. .
The two were taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing.
