SHA says the closure will last through early Thursday afternoon.
The Maryland State Highway Administration says a section of Md. 355 in Frederick is closed due to emergency road work. SHA says the closure covers one northbound lane, and one southbound lane near Grove Road.
Officials say emergency repairs are being performed on a depression in the road. Crews are also assisting Frederick County Department of Public Works with a sewer line issue.
SHA says the closure is expected to last through early Thursday afternoon. . Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes.
