Left lane expected to reopen by the afternoon rush hour.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Maryland State Highway Administration says the left lane of I-270 between Old Hundred Road and Fingerboard Road is closed due to emergency repairs. Crews are expected to have that work completed by the afternoon rush hour.
SHA also says additional work will take place overnight between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, which will require the closure of the right lane of northbound I-270 between Old Hundred Road and Fingerboard Road.
Approximately 88,000 vehicles travel that stretch of I-270 each day, according to SHA.
