He was arrested Friday night.

Frederick, Md (KM) Bond was denied on Monday for a Frederick man charged with robbing Dutch’s Daughter on Friday evening.

James Edward Maxwell, 36, was taken into custody almost two hours after the incident. He’s charged with armed robbery, 1st-degree assault and 2nd-degree assault.

Maxwell is also charged with another armed robbery along Grove Hill Road shortly before the robbery at the Dutch’s Daughter.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6th in Frederick County District Court.
