Frederick, Md (KM) Another death has been reported in Frederick County as a result of the coronavirus. The Joint Information Center said on Tuesday the latest is a man in his 80’s. That brings the total to 13 deaths.
The County Health Department is reporting 445 positive cases of COVID-19. 33 of those patients have been hospitalized, and 87 have been released from isolation.
The Maryland Department of Health says there are more 9.472 coronavirus cases throughout the state, with 302 deaths reported. That’s the latest figures as of Tuesday.
Washington County reported its second death from the coronavirus. Health Officer Earl Stoner says it’s a woman in her 90’s with no known conditions.
The County’s Joint Information Center says there 95 95 confirmed COVID-19 cases. That’s as of Tuesday afternoon. .
