The number of cases in Frederick County is close to 700.
Frederick, Md (KM) coronavirus cases and deaths continue to rise in Frederick County.
The Health Department says the number of local COVID-19 cases increased to 696 as of Wednesday afternoon, a jump of 38 from the day before. The coronavirus has claimed two additional lives in Frederick County, bringing the number of deaths to 42.
In Washington County, the Joint Information Center says there are 145 cases of COVID-19 as of Wednesday afternoon, an increase from 133 on Tuesday. There are still only two deaths from the coronavirus in Washington County.
