Frederick, Md (KM) The number of COVID-19 cases in Frederick County has taken a big jump. As of Thursday afternoon, the Health Department says there are now 726 positive cases of the coronavirus, up by 30 from the day before. The number of local deaths from COVID-19 increased by three to 45.
In Washington County, the number of cases reported on Wednesday went up by one to 146. The number of those who have succumbed to COVID-19 remains at two.
