Deaths continue to go up.
Frederick, Md (KM) There was another big jump in the number of COVID-19 cases in Frederick County. The Health Department says as of Friday afternoon, there are 808 cases of the coronavirus in the county, an increase from 765 cases the day before.
And there are now 47 local deaths from COVID-19, which is up from 45 on Thursday.
In Washington County, the number of cases has remained steady at 164 as of Friday afternoon, according to the Joint Information Center.
