Over 1,700 New Coronavirus Cases In Maryland Within Last 24-Hours


1,517 people have been released from isolation

Frederick, Md. (DG) – The Maryland Department of Health is reporting 23,472 cases of coronavirus in the state.

There have been 97,511 negative tests and 1098 deaths. There are currently 1,711 hospitalizations and 1,517 have been released from isolation.

Frederick County has 940 cases of COVID-19, and 60 people have died. The number of people ever hospitalized with COVID-19 is 71, and 368 have been released from isolation.

Pennsylvania has 45,763 cases of COVID-19 with 137 in Adams County, and 284 in Franklin County.

There are 16,901 cases in Virginia, with 832 in Loudoun County.

West Virginia is reporting 1136 positive cases of COVID-19. There are 79 cases in Jefferson County, and 147 in Berkeley County.
