Over 1,200 New Coronavirus Cases In Maryland Within Last 24-Hours


1,903 people have been released from isolation


Frederick, Md. (DG) – The Maryland Department of Health is reporting 28,163 cases of coronavirus in the state.

There have been 115,849 negative tests and 1,338 deaths. There are currently 1,707 hospitalizations, and 1,903 have been released from isolation.

Frederick County has 1,150 cases of COVID-19, and 70 people have died. The number of people ever hospitalized with COVID-19 is 83, and 486 have been released from isolation.

Pennsylvania has 5,845 cases of COVID-19 with 148 in Adams County, and 406 in Franklin County.

West Virginia is reporting 1,287 positive cases of COVID-19. There are 83 cases in Jefferson County, and 173 in Berkeley County.
