New Market, Md (KM) New Market is getting a charging station for electric vehicles. Town officials say it will be located at the Community Park’s parking lot.
The New Market Green Team is working with Potomac Edison on this project.
The utility will install new utility poles near South Federal Street and South Alley beginning on either Thursday, May 14th, or Monday, May 18th, weather permitting. . While this installation is underway, South Federal Street at South Alley will be closed to through traffic, town official say.
